在很多人心目中,他是悬壶济世的当代名医、首屈一指的推拿专家。殊不知,他对书法艺术同样倾注了半生的心血,并通过精益求精、学无止境的态度与行动,最终让自己带着这份对书法的初心与热爱,登上了业界认可、万众瞩目的荣耀舞台。而这位书法名家,就是原二零二医院九干门诊推拿科主任,现任国家一级书法师、中国书法家协会会员、高级非遗(书法)传承师的著名书法家刘士君。

However, he also devoted half of his life to calligraphy, and through his attitude and actions of striving for perfection and endless learning, he finally brought his original heart and love to calligraphy, and stepped on the stage of glory recognized by the industry and attracting people's attention. The famous calligrapher is Liu Shijun, the former director of the Massage Department of jiugang Outpatient Clinic of The 2202ND Hospital, who is now a national first-class calligrapher, a member of the Chinese Calligrapher's Association and a senior inheritor of intangible Cultural Heritage (calligraphy).

1960年生于沈阳市铁西区的刘士君,能够走上行医和书法的人生道路,都得益于家庭的熏陶。“我是祖传第三代推拿传人,主治腰脱、颈椎病的推拿复位,行医30多年了,治好了数万名患者。对于书法也是如此,因为我母亲是知识分子、喜欢书法,于是我六七岁的时候,就开始练习、喜欢书法了。先学楷书,再学行书、草书,一方面学习、钻研各书法大家的技法,另一方面努力呈现自己的风格和特色。”

Born in Tiexi District of Shenyang city in 1960, Liu Shijun was able to practice medicine and calligraphy because of his family's influence. "I am a third-generation chiropractor in my family, attending to the reduction of lumbar spondylopathy and cervical spondylopathy. I have been practicing medicine for more than 30 years and have cured tens of thousands of patients. The same is true for calligraphy, because my mother is an intellectual and loves calligraphy, so I began to practice and love calligraphy when I was six or seven years old. First, regular script, then running script and cursive script. On the one hand, I will learn and study the skills of calligraphy masters, and on the other hand, I will try my best to present my own style and characteristics."

然而,年幼的刘士君刚接触书法,自己10岁那年就赶上了随父母下乡,导致练习书法的条件极为有限。“那个时候的农村还没有电,只能点煤油灯,我当时就放在小桌上,借着点亮光练书法。有的时候不小心或者太累了,就把墨汁碰洒了,还洒了一被子。而且刚开始学书法,做的最多的事情就是不停地临帖,也就是照着古代书法大家的字临摹、钻研。当时我也觉得这太单一、太枯燥了,但现在知道,当年的这些,都是日后出成绩的基础。”

I thought it was monotonous and boring at the time, but now I know it's the foundation for success."

刘士君指出,学书法没有什么诀窍,就是勤学苦练。“写多了,自然就成了。一个字一遍不行,写10遍、100遍,写的次数多了,自然就好了。如果说一开始练书法,就觉得枯燥、麻烦、吃不了苦,那就是半途而废。为什么我说书法是最高的修行,因为它可以磨练我们的性格。等我长大了回到沈阳,白天行医、没时间练书法,就只能在晚上写,一写写到下半夜,真正做到了静下心来、常年坚持,水平自然就上来了。”

Once I wrote until the second half of the night, I could really calm down and persist all year round, so my level would naturally rise."

说到这“最高修行”、磨练性格,刘士君对此深有体会。“在我看来,书法艺术的本身就是一种气功,也就是把丹田之气运到指尖、传到笔尖上,写出来的字才会苍劲有力。因此我们必须在书法的临帖、创作中,让心真正沉静下来,不仅头脑清晰,而且还会充分激发自己的灵感,这样一来自己对于写什么字、采用什么样的技法呈现和表达什么样的情感,就有了成竹在胸的把握,写出来的字才算得上是行云流水、酣畅淋漓。

虽然临帖是所有的书法艺术爱好者必经之路,但刘士君表示,想成为独树一帜的书法家,光靠临帖还不够,因为这只是从“不像”到“像”的过程。“如果一味地临帖,那我写的字就只是跟对应书法大家风格的临摹,而且只是学一家,不仅把自己学死了,也出不了真正的创作。因此我平日多读帖、广泛地学,各大家的技法我都掌握,比如黄庭坚的颤笔、米芾的蟹爪钩,我把这些技法的特点、好处全部掌握并综合起来,逐渐形成自己的风格。”

当我们有机会一睹刘士君书法作品之风采,所感受到的,正是碑质鲜明、劲道十足、力挽千钧,气质飘逸、神采飞扬、动感斐然,可谓是其书法意蕴,与世间气象、人间胜景浑然天成。“这就是‘师古不泥古’,也就是要从‘像’的层面跳出来,一方面集百家之长,另一方面不拘泥任何一家的特点,展现大开大合、大阴大阳的书法最高境界,以及与众不同、雅俗共赏的讲究艺术。这正是我自己展现给世人的书法风格。”

随着半生以来对书法艺术矢志不渝的钻研、打磨,刘士君终于迎来了属于自己的荣耀时刻,那就是在2016年拿到了不少大奖。其中,最令刘士君感到骄傲的,就是获得2016中国书画总评榜·中国影响力书画500强特等奖的殊荣。“虽然当时投稿了30多幅作品,但自己还以为能够入围就已经是很不错了,结果没想到自己拿到了特等奖,得到了整个中国书画界的高度认可和评价,也让我深刻地意识到,只要你坚持、努力,就一定能够得到收获。”

此外,刘士君还荣获2016全球华侨华人书画大赛二等奖、国际武术书画大赛一等奖、第八届海峡两岸书画大展佳作奖、纪念毛泽东诞辰一百二十三周年书画展金奖;2017八一之歌中国书画名家作品大赛金奖,特授予“共和国红色艺术家”荣誉称号、“铁血军魂·荣耀90载”全国书画名家作品大赛金奖,特授予“中国当代杰出书画艺术名家”荣誉称号;2018全国首届“瑞士弗兰卡杯”四条幅书画展特殊金奖等殊荣。2020年成为“国际名人百科文艺组委会”终身会员。

2020年9月24日,刘士君被国家评为高级非遗(书法)传承师,而整个辽宁省拥有此职位的书法家,更是凤毛麟角。这是刘士君从事书法艺术生涯以来获得的最高荣誉,令他在当今中国书法界占据了重要地位。然而,获得了这么多的荣誉、称号,如今站在业界顶尖新起点的刘士君,心态始终非常平和。“我对奖项并没有那么看重,因为书法对我而言,更多是一项兴趣爱好,因此我对名和利看得很淡,只要开心快乐就行。当然,我也不会因此而感到自满,因为满足了就没有进步。”

"I don't care so much about awards, because calligraphy is more of a hobby for me, so I don't care about fame or fortune, just to be happy. Of course, I'm not going to get complacent, because there's no progress when you're satisfied."

刘士君坦言,书法艺术带给自己的最大益处正是修心养性,并在心灵的修行与净涤中,增进对世间万物的感知与领悟。“心一清静,就容易写出自己的风格,让自己在恣意畅快、直抒胸臆的豁达之中,迸发无限灵感、创作出好作品。因此,我经常出外游历,在祖国的大好河山乃至天地万物中,不断感悟美好与力量,并融合到自己的笔锋中。正所谓‘万物皆有灵’,我始终认为书法创作必须与外界保持接触,从中汲取足够的营养。

"Once the mind is quiet, it is easy to write your own style, so that you can burst forth infinite inspiration and create good works in the unrestrained and open mind. Therefore, I often travel abroad, in the great rivers and mountains of the motherland and the universe, constantly feel the beauty and strength, and into their own brush. As the saying goes, "everything has a spirit", I always believe that the creation of calligraphy must keep in touch with the outside world and get enough nutrition from it.

“与外界保持接触”,除了大好风光的美景,就是志同道合的人。每次笔会、书画展,他不仅积极参加,更是视诸多书画界的同仁为自己的良师益友。“每次到这样的场合,无论是谁写的字,我都会用心去研习。或许对方可能字不是很好看,但就那一笔写得好,就值得我去学习。尤其是别人能够挑我的毛病,我可高兴了,这说明我还有空间进步。而且,越是为了赚钱、带着功利心写书法,就越写不好。”
